Trimark Physicians Group, a physician driven organization with practice locations in north central and northwest Iowa, is seeking a family practice physician to join an establisehd and well-respected family practice division in Pocahontas, Iowa.  The sucessful candidate will join a group of one family practice physicaind and two family practice mid-level practitioners who currently provide family practice coverage at Pocahontas Community Hospital, a 20-bed primary care level hospital in Pocahontas, Iowa.

Trimark Physicians Group is a network of 66 physicians and mid-level practitioners with an extended service area population base of approximately 160,000.  Each Primary Care and Specialty division within Trimark is cost accounted separately and currently enjoys minimal HMO and Managed Care exposure.  Employment with Trimark Phsicians Group allows for clinical autonomy in the practice setting with the security of a physician network that is the major healthcare provider in northcentral Iowa.  Candidates must be board eligible or board certified.

The financial package includes a two-year guarantee with incentive.  Trimark provides a very competitive fringe benefit package including 6 weeks vacation, health insurance, FLEX, 401k/pension, paid relocation and interest-free, student loan debt consolidation.

Pocahontas is a progressive community of 2,000 and is located in northwest Iowa.  It is located approximately 2 1/2 hours from Omaha, Nebrask, 2 1/2 hours from Des Moines, Iowa's state capital and 4 hours from Minneapolis/St. Paul.  Pocahontas has a diversified industrial base with a municipal airport for private air travel.  Excellent public shcools offer well-rounded academic and extra curricular programs.
