Packet Pick-up

You are required to pick-up your race packet in person.  You must have a valid driver’s license to do so.

Packet pick-up will be on Saturday, Sept. 15, 2007, 8:00 a.m. – 12 noon at Des Moines University, 3440 Grand Avenue, Des Moines IA.

Race Start Time

8:00 a.m., waves starting every 3 minutes.

Participation Rules:

D. O. Athlon for Life is an USAT sanction event.  All USAT rules will be enforced.  See complete list of rules at www.USAT.org.

• You are required to pick-up your race packet in person.  You must have a valid driver’s license to do so.
• Every athlete must sign an Event Waiver Form to participate.  This form will be available at packet pick-up. (No exceptions.)
• Only participants are allowed in the transition area.  No additional equipment [wheels, helmets, etc.] will be allowed in this area.  No glass items in this area please.
• All participants must wear ANSI, Snell or CPSC approved helmets.  Chin straps must be fastened whenever bike is in use.
• Use restroom facilities provided by the venue.  Anyone caught failing to do so may be disqualified and no refund will be given.
• No assistance other than offered by race officials or medical support may be used.
• Use of headphones, mp3 players, ipods etc. are not allowed on race course.

Refund Policy

No cash refund will be given for any reason.
